ET2 Labs LLC was formed in Oklahoma in April 2026. It is the parent company for the Clay Indices family, a set of AI and autonomous-systems products, and the DEACS edge-AI actuation project.
The company is registered in SAM.gov for U.S. federal contracting. ET2 Labs also holds a portfolio of domain names supporting current and future projects.

Founded and operated by George Clay. Background includes graduate-level study in Organizational Leadership, undergraduate study in Computer Science, and prior experience as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Reactor Operator.
